Katherine A. Buchanan is a partner in the firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance practice. She focuses on insurance litigation and has extensive experience handling complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Katherine has successfully litigated numerous multimillion-dollar professional malpractice cases, including those involving architectural and engineering malpractice. She also frequently represents clients in alternative dispute resolution forums.
Katherine earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2011 and graduated from American University in 2008 with a B.A. in Political Science and CLEG (Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government), along with a Certificate in Advanced Leadership Studies.
She is an Associate Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
