Marc Lim represents insurance carriers and their insureds in a broad range of general liability matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and construction-related claims. His prior experience includes handling personal injury, premises liability, auto, trucking and transportation actions.
Following law school, Marc worked as an EPL Claims Specialist III for a major insurance carrier, where he handled employment practices liability claims and was actively involved in coverage analysis, risk assessment, and mediation strategy. His background gives him valuable insight into claims evaluation and resolution from both the legal and insurer perspectives.
