Maureen Horgan focuses on defending commercial entities in premises liability matters, such as slip and fall injuries. Additionally, she handles a wide range of professional liability cases, including medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and other professional liability matters involving real estate and construction in complex litigation scenarios. Maureen also works with clients on dram shop liability cases, where she navigates the complexities of liquor liability laws.

In addition to her litigation practice, Maureen has a background in representing corporate clients in debt collection litigation. After law school, Maureen served as a law clerk for the Honorable George S. Leone in the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden County, as well as in the Appellate Division.
