Michelle Blum focuses her practice on professional liability and insurance coverage matters. She represents professionals, including attorneys, insurance brokers, accountants, and real estate brokers, in malpractice claims and related disputes. She also regularly represents insurers in coverage litigation, including on matters involving the duty to defend, bad faith, and policy interpretation. She has authored a number of successful appellate briefs on a variety of subjects.
Michelle also has prior experience in the areas of medical malpractice, long-term care, and bodily injury tort.
