Cases and Experience

Successfully defended a client in a bench trial in which the Plaintiff alleged negligence in a tire replacement, claiming improperly installed or defective lug nuts caused a tire to detach while driving, leading to significant vehicle damage. On cross-examination, the Plaintiff admitted they could not identify any specific wrongdoing and acknowledged the vehicle was left unattended daily. The defense presented security footage and testimony confirming the repair met manufacturer specifications, and the judge ruled the Plaintiff failed to prove breach of duty or proximate cause.

Prior results cannot and do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome with respect to any future matter that we or any lawyer may be retained to handle.
