Obtained a complete defense victory for a global corporate client in a complex premises liability case, successfully defending the matter through trial and all levels of appellate review. Secured dismissal of the plaintiff's claims at the trial court level after years of vigorously contested litigation, prevailed on appeal before the New Jersey Appellate Division after extensive motion practice, briefing and oral argument, and successfully opposed the plaintiff's Petition for Certiorari to the New Jersey Supreme Court, bringing nearly a decade of litigation to a final conclusion in the client's favor.

Successfully defended a client in a bench trial in which the Plaintiff alleged negligence in a tire replacement, claiming improperly installed or defective lug nuts caused a tire to detach while driving, leading to significant vehicle damage. On cross-examination, the Plaintiff admitted they could not identify any specific wrongdoing and acknowledged the vehicle was left unattended daily. The defense presented security footage and testimony confirming the repair met manufacturer specifications, and the judge ruled the Plaintiff failed to prove breach of duty or proximate cause.

Secured summary judgment on behalf of a facilities services company in a New Jersey premises liability action arising from an alleged workplace slip-and-fall incident, resulting in the dismissal of all claims against the client.

Achieved dismissal of a client in a contract claim arising from alleged unpaid services rendered by an outside vendor.

Achieved affirmation in the New Jersey Appellate Division from an underlying personal injury action after prevailing in the New Jersey Superior Court. (Matter currently pending before the New Jersey Supreme Court).
