Paige Little practices in insurance coverage, focusing on the analysis of commercial general liability and professional liability policies. She advises insurers on complex coverage issues, including policy interpretation, exposure assessment, and strategic positioning in coverage disputes.
Her practice includes evaluating underlying complaints and claim files, analyzing policy provisions and exclusions, and developing coverage positions informed by both contractual interpretation and regulatory frameworks. Paige regularly drafts reservation of rights letters, declination letters, and coverage opinions, and conducts allocation and indemnity analyses in connection with multi-party and multi-insurer claims.
Paige also provides litigation support in coverage disputes, including declaratory judgment actions, professional liability and related proceedings. Her experience includes legal research and analysis for use in post-trial briefing, as well as participation in court proceedings, allowing her to assess how underlying facts and procedural posture impact coverage determinations.
Prior to private practice, Paige held regulatory and adjudicatory roles where she interpreted and applied state insurance laws and administrative regulations. This background provides her with a unique perspective when addressing coverage issues that intersect with evolving regulatory requirements and compliance considerations.
