With more than three decades of experience, Peter is well versed in counseling clients in all things related to workers’ compensation claims in Pennsylvania. Peter has served clients in a variety of industries including telecommunications, insurance programs, and fraud prosecution.
Peter frequently lectures on workers’ compensation issues including the scope of defenses, best practices, controlling the cost of litigation, subrogation laws, vocational case law and strategies, and fraud prosecution. Additionally, he is the author of “A Guide to Handling of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation” and “Fraud Prosecution in Workers’ Compensation Cases.” He is well-known throughout Pennsylvania as a reliable and respected authority in the sphere of workers’ compensation and has been sought out as a consulting expert witness in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation cases, particularly involving standards of practice in Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance policies.
