Stephen Ayeni represents local and national clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters. His practice includes defending businesses and organizations in state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Stephen brings experience handling complex litigation involving commercial and business disputes, with a focus on developing practical, results‑driven strategies tailored to each client’s objectives. He has worked on matters through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and hearings, and is skilled at navigating both court and arbitration settings.

Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Stephen practiced at litigation firms in Florida, where he represented both individuals and businesses and further strengthened his analytical and advocacy skills. He approaches each matter with careful attention to detail and a commitment to efficient resolution.

While in Law School at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, Stephen was Editor-in-Chief of the Nova Law Review.
