Stephen O. Ayeni II

Stephen brings experience handling sophisticated business disputes, with an emphasis on developing strategic, results-oriented solutions aligned with his clients’ business objectives. He has represented clients throughout all phases of litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution. He combines analytical rigor with practical judgment to navigate complex legal issues, manage litigation risk, and pursue efficient resolutions tailored to each matter.

Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Stephen practiced at Florida litigation firms, representing both individuals and businesses across a variety of disputes. These experiences strengthened his litigation strategy, legal analysis, and advocacy skills and inform his pragmatic, detail-oriented approach to representing clients in high-stakes matters.

Stephen earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Nova Law Review. During law school, he authored a scholarly article examining the legal and policy considerations surrounding compensation for college athletes, anticipating the significant developments that would reshape college athletics through the emergence of name, image, and likeness (NIL) rights. His scholarship reflects an enduring interest in the intersection of law, business, and collegiate and professional athletics.
