Tiffany R. Temas focuses her practice on the defense of medical malpractice and civil rights claims in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania.  She represents healthcare facilities and providers — including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, administrators, and other health care professionals — as well as correctional healthcare companies and their employees. Tiffany works closely with clients and trial teams and has been instrumental in achieving numerous defense verdicts and favorable outcomes under both state and federal law.

Tiffany handles all phases of complex litigation, from early case assessment through resolution. Her experience includes pleadings, motion practice, briefs, court conferences, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. She regularly manages sophisticated discovery involving health care policies and procedures, peer review and patient safety materials, medical records, metadata, and electronic communications. Tiffany also works extensively with medical and damages experts to develop and execute effective defense strategies.

In addition to her litigation practice, Tiffany advises physicians and medical and mental health professionals on subpoena responses and fact‑witness preparation. She also supports health systems in the annual preparation of audit letters, providing clear, reliable insight into litigation exposure, defense costs, and related financial considerations. Tiffany is known for her strategic, disciplined approach and her ability to deliver practical solutions in high‑stakes litigation.

Tiffany successfully completed the 51st Annual IADC Trial Academy at Stanford University in 2025. The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) is a highly selective, invitation-only organization of approximately 2,500 members worldwide, comprised of distinguished corporate and insurance defense attorneys and insurance executives.

Tiffany has been recognized by her peers in the 2025 and 2026 editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America, an honor awarded to attorneys demonstrating outstanding professional excellence early in their careers.
