Weber Gallagher is pleased to announce that associate Gabrielle (Gabi) A. Outlaw has been appointed as the Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee effective March 1, 2025. Gabi serves as Co-Chair along with Carolyn Mirabile who has chaired the committee since 2023.
Gabi has been a member of the Firm’s DEI Committee since she joined the firm, under her and Carolyn’s leadership the committee will focus on enhancing Weber Gallagher’s efforts to recruit, retain, and advance attorneys and business professionals with diverse backgrounds; raising awareness about the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and emphasizing the value that these unique perspectives and experiences offer; hosting substantive educational programming; and more.
