Chicago, IL – January 7, 2025 – Weber Gallagher is thrilled to announce that Joseph Royster has joined the firm as a Partner, bringing with him 34 years of experience in complex commercial and insurance coverage litigation. This strategic addition also enhances the firm’s ability to handle matters in California, marking an exciting new offering for Weber Gallagher.

Royster, based in the Chicago area, specializes in complex commercial and insurance coverage litigation in state and federal courts nationwide. Royster’s experience includes handling cases involving long-tail bodily injury, property damage, and advertising injury claims. Joseph is also well-versed in employment law, reinsurance disputes, construction defects, medical malpractice, and warranty and contract disputes. He also serves as an umpire in various construction and insurance claims, where he brings comprehensive knowledge and impartial judgment to the resolution process.
