Weber Gallagher Welcomes Partner Teresa C. Finnegan

BEDMINSTER, NJ — March 19, 2026 — Weber Gallagher is pleased to announce that Teresa C. Finnegan has joined the firm as a Partner in its Medical Malpractice group. Ms. Finnegan will be resident in the firm’s Bedminster, NJ, office. Her addition further strengthens Weber Gallagher’s medical malpractice defense capabilities and reflects the firm’s continued investment in experienced trial attorneys. Ms. Finnegan is the eighth attorney added by Weber Gallagher this year.

Ms. Finnegan focuses her practice on the defense of healthcare professionals and entities in medical malpractice litigation and proceedings before licensing boards. She represents physicians, nurses, physical therapists, midwives, medical groups, and hospitals in claims involving alleged negligence, malpractice, and related matters. Her experience spans all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert coordination, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Ms. Finnegan built a civil litigation practice with a concentration in medical malpractice and insurance defense. She has experience analyzing complex medical records, working closely with expert witnesses, and advising clients and insurers on case strategy and risk assessment. Ms. Finnegan received her J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law, where she served as a member of the Hunter Moot Court and as a Notes Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.
