Gerald Levine is an associate with the Health Law group, where he focuses on both individual and corporate healthcare matters in litigation, regulatory compliance, and transactional practice. Mr. Levine brings experience in employment law and internet/media/First Amendment matters as well as contract negotiations. His background in internet and media law provides additional background in HITECH, HIPAA, and EMTLA matters as well as other healthcare privacy concerns.
Mr. Levine served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Carol E. Higbee, P.J.Cv., of the New Jersey Superior Court.

Mr. Levine is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and serves on the Board of Directors of "Jersey Tribe."
Mr. Levine consults on new media and social networking issues as well as speaking to various organizations on various social networking and new media topics. Mr. Levine has also lectured at Temple Law School's Tokyo Campus.
