Diane B. Carvell defends clients in the commercial motor vehicle industry and their insurers. With extensive experience in legal matters, she has represented numerous motor carriers and their drivers, along with freight brokers, ensuring robust defense strategies across various jurisdictions.

Diane provides comprehensive legal services, including risk assessment, and accident response management. Her proactive approach ensures that clients are well-prepared to navigate the complexities of the trucking industry. Diane works with her clients to develop tailored defense strategies that address each client’s unique needs, from initial investigation through to trial and appeal.

Her experience includes serving as a legal intern for the Honorable John P. Callanan in Schuyler County Court, Watkins Glen, NY, and at the Chemung County Public Defender’s Office in Elmira, NY.
