Weber Gallagher Elects Three New Partners

Sept. 1, 2026 – Weber Gallagher announces the election of three new partners,  Ruby Delarosa, Christian Merlino, and Melissa P. Tsynman, effective September 1, 2026.

Ruby Delarosa

Ruby Delarosa represents employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation litigation. Drawing upon experience representing both injured workers and employers, Ruby brings a well-rounded perspective to claims management, settlement negotiations, hearings and trials. Fluent in Spanish, she is actively involved in the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey, the New Jersey State Bar Association and several professional and community organizations. Ruby practices from the firm’s Mt. Laurel office and is admitted in New Jersey.

Christian Merlino

Christian Merlino’s experience includes handling general liability, premises liability, automobile liability and insurance subrogation matters. His unique background also includes representing clients in civil, criminal, family, municipal and workers’ compensation courts. Christian has been recognized by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America for his pro bono service in connection with the September 11, 2001, Victim Compensation Fund. He practices from the firm’s Bedminster office and is admitted in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Melissa P. Tsynman

Melissa P. Tsynman focuses her practice on insurance coverage and defense litigation matters. She represents insurers in a broad range of general liability and construction-related matters and provides strategic analysis concerning complex coverage issues, including policy interpretation, additional insured status, contractual indemnification, disclaimers of liability and coverage denials. Melissa represents clients from the firm’s Long Island office and is admitted to practice in New York.
