Ruby Delarosa focuses her practice on representing employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation litigation. She brings a unique perspective, having experience representing both injured workers and defending employers in workers’ compensation matters. Ruby is able to navigate the complexities of workers’ compensation law with an understanding of the challenges faced by all parties involved. She is adept at managing claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring her clients are well-prepared for hearings and trials, making her a valuable advocate for clients.
Fluent in Spanish, Ruby is an active member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey. She is also an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

During law school, she founded the First Generation Law Student Association and was honored with the Outstanding Student Service Award. Following law school, Ruby clerked for the Honorable Daniel A. Bernardin, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Camden County Superior Court of New Jersey.
Beyond her legal career, she is deeply involved in her community, recently being elected to the Merchantville Board of Education through a write-in candidacy. She also serves on the Merchantville Borough Diversity Committee and her local elementary school’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
