Weber Gallagher Welcomes Partner Eve K. Kokolis

Mt. Laurel, NJ — Oct. 19, 2026 — Weber Gallagher is pleased to announce that Eve K. Kokolis has joined the firm as a Partner in the Workers’ Compensation group. Ms. Kokolis will be resident in the firm’s Mt. Laurel, NJ, office.

Weber Gallagher’s workers’ compensation practice draws upon generations of experience representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators across a wide range of industries. Supported by a deep bench of attorneys and longstanding client relationships, the group combines institutional knowledge with a practical, client-focused approach to claims management and litigation. The addition of Ms. Kokolis further enhances the team’s capabilities in New Jersey and reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to growing and investing in the practice.

Ms. Kokolis brings more than 15 years of litigation experience to Weber Gallagher and has devoted much of her career to representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout New Jersey. She counsels clients through every stage of a claim, from initial evaluation through litigation, settlement negotiations, and appeal. Her experience includes analyzing complex medical and legal issues, developing case strategy, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and appearing in court on behalf of clients.

Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Ms. Kokolis focused her practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing employers, carriers, and administrators in complex claims involving challenging medical and litigation issues. Earlier in her career, she handled plaintiff-side personal injury matters for clients, gaining extensive experience in litigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
