Haesun Alexis Kim represents clients in general liability, premises liability, automobile, and trucking and transportation liability matters. She handles cases from inception to conclusion, overseeing depositions, conferences, and mediations. Alexis has successfully tried numerous cases, achieving favorable outcomes for her clients.
Alexis has written and edited numerous successful appellate briefs on a wide range of subjects. Notably, she drafted a successful summary judgment motion on a significant injury under the Insurance Law Section 5102(d) and won the appeal to set aside a jury verdict. Ki Tak Song v. Oizumi, 120 A.D.3d 557 (2nd Dept. 2014). Additionally, at a previous firm, she managed the firm’s motion and appellate practice while supervising junior attorneys and assisting with their cases.
During law school, Alexis was the articles editor of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy. Additionally, she interned for judges in both state and federal courts.
