Inder Deep Paul represents clients in commercial motor vehicle defense and real estate litigation. As an experienced trial attorney, he brings a wealth of expertise from his time as a private attorney and a former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General. Inder also serves as an Arbitrator in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County.
He previously served as a clerk for the Honorable John F. Cherry in the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas and for the Honorable J. Michael Eakin of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
From 2024 to 2026, Inder’s professional achievements were recognized when he was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star by Thomson Reuters, an honor reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40.
In a tax appeal matter, the county Board of Assessment Appeals concurred with his valuation of the market value for a property. As a result, the assessed value of the property was reduced by more than a million dollars, significantly lowering the client’s tax liability. This reduction translates to a significant annual tax savings for our client.

During his time at the Attorney General’s Office, Inder was second chair for a civil 1983 lawsuit against Pennsylvania State Police involving fatal shooting arising out of a domestic incident. The case was tried in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and resulted in a defense verdict in favor of Pennsylvania State Police.
In 2026, Inder was second chair in a major jury trial involving one the largest commercial motor carriers in the country in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The case involved defense of the motor carrier whose driver rear ended another commercial truck. The defense team was able to bifurcate the trial into liability and damages. The case ultimately resolved after the jury’s verdict on the liability phase.
Inder has also been first chair involving several breach of contract claims successfully having several claims dismissed after close of pleadings.
