Nicholas J. Zillier

Nicholas Zillier focuses his practice on general liability and casualty matters, representing insurers, businesses, and property owners in a wide range of litigated disputes. He works with clients across the retail, restaurant, hospitality, auto, trucking, and service industries, contributing to the defense of a range of liability matters, including premises-related and other complex tort claims, with a focus on practical risk considerations and efficient case handling.

He has experience handling all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting legal research, and appearing in court for oral argument. While in law school, Nicholas gained valuable insight into the judicial process through his work as a judicial clerk with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, where he observed federal proceedings and assisted in drafting a memorandum opinion. His background also includes multiple law clerk positions, where he supported attorneys across a variety of practice areas and contributed to trial preparation and case strategy.
