Sarah assists local and national lenders, loan servicers, landlords, title companies, and equipment lessors with transactional and litigation matters. Obtained summary judgment (including an appeal victory) in favor of lender client. Defendant claimed that he did not personally guarantee the loan and that his involvement in the loan was strictly as an officer of the corporate borrower.
