Our firm was founded by highly skilled, business-savvy attorneys with a vision of a law firm that would focus on real value to the client and disrupt traditional models of providing and costing legal services. With more than 130 legal professionals in 13 offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest United States and South Florida, we provide legal counseling and representation to local, national, and international clients. Our diverse client base includes businesses, financial institutions, insurance companies, employers, healthcare institutions, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, and more. We serve clients in a broad spectrum of industries including insurance, retail, healthcare, finance, energy, and education, among others, and cultivate deep industry knowledge to better understand our clients’ business and goals yielding a much more tailored legal representation.

In alignment with the core values of our founding, we aim to be innovative and forward-thinking in the realm of technology. Over the past several years, the firm has moved to a cloud-based environment, using SaaS (Software as a service) products that allow our attorneys and staff to effectively work from anywhere while providing seamless service to our clients. By utilizing platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, iManage, and Aderant, the firm can remain nimble and flexible when it comes to expanding geographically, growing the business, and ultimately, better servicing our clients.

To stay ahead in this ever evolving field, we are extremely focused on client data and network security, using world class threat detection and vulnerability scanning products, and a 24/7 network operations center, among other things, to ensure that our network, servers, endpoints, email, and data is safe and secure. In addition, our internal Artificial Intelligence (AI) task force is looking to the future, investigating the best ways to safely and responsibly use AI to increase efficiencies and better service our client’s needs.

The firm’s North Jersey office is located in Bedminster, New Jersey, in the Somerset Hills area. It is a short distance from Interstate Routes 287 and 78, and only a half hour from Newark Liberty Airport. There is courtesy parking adjacent to the building.

Bethesda

The firm’s satellite office in Maryland is nestled in the heart of downtown Bethesda. Our central location is easy to get to, with the Red Line to Bethesda and a bus stop all within a couple blocks of our building. Drivers can also enjoy our easy access to I-495, and on-site parking garage. By appointment only.

Chicago

Our office is situated in a prime location in the bustling Loop district and opened in 2023, expanding our capabilities to the Midwest. For visitors, there are several parking options around our building.

Harrisburg

The firm has had a presence in Harrisburg for the past 10 years. This is our first satellite office, by appointment only.

King of Prussia

Our office serves the surrounding five county Philadelphia region including Philadelphia, Delaware, Bucks, Montgomery, and Chester Counties. Courtesy parking is available adjacent to the building.

Long Island

The firm has had a presence in New York for nearly a decade. This Long Island location is the firm’s second in the state. In person meetings are by appointment only.

 

Miami

Opened in 2024, our Miami office serves clients in South Florida counties including Miami Dade, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Orlando, and Tampa.

Mt. Laurel

Our South Jersey office opened in 1996 and is located in Mount Laurel. Courtesy parking is available adjacent to the building.

New Castle

Our growing New Castle office in Delaware is located at 2 Penns Way, which is also the home of the State of Delaware Justice of Peace Court. Courtesy parking is available adjacent to the building.

New York City

With spectacular and dynamic views of Times Square, our expanded New York office opened in 2018 at 1500 Broadway, Suite 2401.

Philadelphia

Weber Gallagher’s Philadelphia office was founded in 1991. This office is several blocks west of Philadelphia’s iconic City Hall and civil court complexes, in the heart of Philadelphia’s legal and business establishments.

Pittsburgh

The Pittsburgh office opened in 1996 and relocated to PPG Place in 2016. PPG Place offers premier office space in the heart of the Golden Triangle, surrounding a grand plaza, and is located within easy walking distance to Market Square, Point State Park, the Cultural District, and the Grant Street Corridor.  Parking is available at the PPG Parking Garage.

Scranton

We are located in the PNC Bank building, on the corners of Penn Avenue and Spruce Street, only two blocks from the Lackawanna County Courthouse. There is convenient parking at Electric City on Spruce Street or the Forum parking garage on Franklin Avenue.

WG Anywhere is our virtual office platform that empowers our attorneys to serve clients in jurisdictions where we do not maintain a physical presence.
