Ted is a partner in the firm's New York office, and is counsel for insurance companies and third-party administrators, as well as corporate clients, including trucking and delivery companies, industrial equipment corporations, environmental contractors, and property owners throughout New York and New Jersey. He has effectively defended these companies in workers' compensation, product liability, asbestos, construction accident, property damage, consumer fraud, employment, wage and hour, and commercial litigation lawsuits in both State and Federal courts.

Ted has extensive experience handling toxic exposure cases involving mold, asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene, silica, and other chemical substances. He  is a litigation powerhouse, defending multiple corporate clients in over five thousand New York City Asbestos Litigation cases between 2002 and the present.

Ted has been the lead attorney in Federal employment wage & hour class action cases in the Southern District of New York and specializes in defending against claims alleging the misclassification of employees as independent contractors.

Ted was a former Assistant Corporation Counsel and trial attorney for the City of New York, Bronx Torts Division (1998-2002).
